Coming out just in time following the character’s 75th anniversary and announcement as United Nations Honorary Ambassador, Consumer Protection BC have rated what appears to be a brand new trailer for Patty Jenkins’s Wonder Woman!
We weren’t expecting this trailer to arrive until later next month with Fantastic Beasts, and there is a chance that Warner Bros. will wait until then to release it, but this classification and WB’s track record with these seem to suggest we could be seeing it with the U.S. release of Doctor Strange next week. We should know which trailers are arriving in U.S. theatres with Strange by next Monday, so stay tuned and we will update as soon as we get any updates on this anticipated trailer.
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
Starring Gal Gadot as the titular Amazonian warrior, as well as Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen and Robin Wright, Wonder Woman arrives in theatres on June 2, 2017. See the first trailer from San Diego Comic-Con below:
